The truck arrives and we shall get it unloaded and I have a few maintenance men showing up in the morning.
So by tomorrow night I will have a couch and a love seat to sit on, a 50" television, a table, multiple chairs, FOUR beds! if i can find the parts and put them together) as well as two working toilets, bathroom sinks, and showers.
The heating system will have been cleaned so I can turn the heat on IF I desire.
Crazy!
Meanwhile Kristin will be on a mattress with no chairs or tables.
The tides have swung and there is less time before my family is with me than I could have ever hoped for.
Did I enjoy the "bachelor" life? maybe for a couple days. It grows old REALLY fast when you are used to your people's presence.
I hope the best for my children, safe travels and an easy integration into the new school.
I hope they will have opportunities and experiences unavailable to them in CNY.
I hope Kristin can find herself a satisfying job (preferably one with good insurance)
Has this been scary? Yes, and it still is. There are still so many unknowns.
Am I glad I am out of CNY? Most definitely. If in ten years I look back and can say the only two good things about moving here were getting out of CNY and getting out of A-B then I will be okay with that.
I mean, come on, where else could I get a job reverse stripping?
That's right, I am still considering going to the strip and offering to put my clothes on for money, I should be rich!
Alrighty, I still need to go to bed since the fun and games start at 8!
Live excitedly!
