Well, that was a relaxing vacation to say the least.
I don't feel all that great and look forward to getting back into a routine.
I did pretty well on vacation, I did splurge into frozen yogurt on the ship and had some desserts with flour and you can't avoid the fried foods some times but I eat those at home too.
Six pounds, not bad for a week on a cruise ship and a week eating take out and restaurant food.
Could I have done better? I think so, I did pretty well on the ship, the three days prior were not great.
Now that I know what Sweet Tomatoes is I will definitely be looking for one in vacation spots for at least lunch.
Recommendations? SALADS!!! EAT LOTS AND LOTS OF SALAD!!!!
I will probably pack psyllium husks for the next vacation too, try to keep myself regular, cannot feel good if you are not disposing of the waste products properly.
I really don't think the cruise ship was bad, I did not snack a lot and was able to supplement meals with a trip to the salad bar.
Staying at our time share wasn't bad either, had fresh cauliflower and fruit to snack on and salads.
The chia seeds did explode on the plane, so I am not sure I received full benefit from them, they did not start expanding in the yogurt like they do at home.
Oh well, I have until Sunday, lets see if I can get those six pounds off and be at the weight I was at starting vacation.
Going to pick up our CSA veggies today and might visit the farmers market later today.
