Wow, what a powerful quote! Most of us probably fall into the category of good is good enough for me. Well, I am asking you to take a step back and really think about that. Do you feel your best each day? Could you feel better? Are you tired, logy during the day even after first waking and especially around 2-3pm? Are you always hungry? Are you overweight or obese? Do you have diabetes, heart disease or some other chronic illness? Are you afraid of getting cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS or some other disease? If you answered yes to any of these, then better is possible! If you didn't, good for you (although I question whether you are answering honestly)! But I bet you know someone that would fit into one or more of these categories. Share this blog with them. Grab one of the books referenced here and really sit down and think about what it's saying. We can all strive to be better. It's just a matter of being fed up with just being good enough and then taking that next step.
